Charles Beckwith obtained his law degree from the University of Melbourne and was admitted to practice as a Solicitor in Victoria in 1974.  Charles is also admitted to practice in the Australian Capital Territory and has signed the High Court Roll.  Charles amongst other things is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law, a Mediator and is a Notary Public.  He also practices in the area of general litigation, wills and probate.

Adam Birch obtained his law degree from Southern Cross University in 2003.  Adam was admitted to practice as a Solicitor in New South Wales and Victoria.  He joined Roberts Beckwith Partners in 2004 and practises in the areas of general law, litigation, business law including leases and buying and selling businesses, wills and estates and VCAT matters.

Sandrah Scott, our Conveyancing Manager, has been with the firm since 2001.  Sandrah has over 20 years experience in conveyancing and property matters, from residential conveyancing to major property developments, and has a special interest in Retirement Village conveyancing and complex conveyancing transactions.  Sandrah’s professional and empathetic approach, together with her sound knowledge and attention to detail have gained her a solid reputation and respect within the industry.    Sandrah and her support team within our Conveyancing Department will ensure that your property transactions are handled with care and professionalism.
