History
Roberts & Roberts was founded in
1972 by Nick and Anne Roberts. Their objective was to provide an
efficient and cost effective legal service in Mornington and the
Mornington Peninsula, serving and growing with the business and
professional community of the area.
In 1987 Charles Beckwith joined the
firm bringing with him experience as a solicitor practising on his own
account, a member of the Commonwealth Attorney Generals Department, the
Law Institute of Victoria's Regulatory Department and as a regional
manager of the Legal Aid Commission at Frankston.
In 1992 Anne Roberts retired from
the firm and Neill Anderson joined the firm as a partner bringing with
him a background in commercial law, franchising and intellectual
property.
In 1999 the firm changed its name
to Roberts Partners.
In December 2000 Neill Anderson
retired from the firm to pursue other interests.
In January 2001 Adrian Triaca
joined the firm bringing with him extensive litigation experience gained
over many years as a partner in a Melbourne Law firm.
In 2003 Nick Roberts retired from
the firm to pursue other interests.
In 2004 the firm changed its name
to Roberts Beckwith Partners.
In 2005 Adrian Triaca retired from
the firm.
Charles Beckwith remains with the
firm as principal. |
